Erla Cason leads a life group that is very specific in it's ministry & outreach. She is partnered with Sandra Bibbs and Marie Perryman in crocheting and donating caps for patients going through chemotherapy treatments at the UMC Cancer Treatment Center. In addition, crocheted caps for newborn babies are donated to patients at Lakeside Womens & Children's Hospital. They also offer, at no charge, classes to anyone who have a desire to learn this craft.
Summer Classes will be offered beginning in early June for students and those preferring a daytime class. One of their projects for 2017 is to crochet an afghan, as a fundraiser for the Youth Ministry at Kingdom Life Fellowship.
